Awards:
Prizes worth of HKD112,000 in total will be awarded to winners. One Platinum Award winner will receive a full sponsorship worth of HKD22,000 to participate Work and Travel USA Program 2011. Two Gold Award winners will each receive sponsorship of HKD11,000 to join the Program and each of the four Silver Award winners will receive HKD5,500 worth of sponsorship. The rest of the contestants qualified into the final round will each receive HKD2,000 worth of sponsorship as the Bronze Award.
Certificates:
Certificate of Excellence
Winners of the Platinum, Gold and Silver Awards will be presented with a Certificate of Excellence as an acknowledgement of their outstanding performance.
Certificate of Merit
Each Bronze Award winner will receive a Certificate of Merit for their participation in the competition.
Remarks:
- All participants who have passed Round 1 of the Competition are entitled to have their HKD200-Administration Fee waived.
- All sponsorships will induce a security deposit which is refundable upon completion of the Work and Travel USA Program 2011 and submission of a monthly journal while on the Program.
- The winners are responsible for their passports, visa application expenses and other personal expenditure while they are in the US.
- In the event that the winner(s) cannot participate in the Work and Travel USA Program due to any reason(s) (including travel documents problems); or the Program is cancelled or delayed due to any unpredictable reason(s), the sponsorship of the Program is non-transferable and cannot be converted or exchanged into cash.
