All entries for Round 1 competition must be submitted by 23:59, 10 October 2009 (Saturday). Late entries will not be accepted. |

A security deposit is required for all prize winners.Platinum Award winner will have to pay HKD3,000 as security deposit for the Program; Gold Award winners, Silver Award winners and Bronze Award winners are required to pay HKD1,000. Deposit will be wholly refunded to winners after their completion of the Work and Travel USA Program 2010. |

3. All prize winners will be provided with their round-trip air ticket to the US, as part of the Program and they will not be allowed to purchase their own ticket in return for a deduction of the Program Fee. |

Platinum, Gold and Silver Award winners are obligated to submit a monthly journal during their stay in the U.S. |

All information including personal data of the contestants will be used strictly for purposes relating to the Competition. |

The information may also be used for publishing the event. |
7. |
Contestants must adhere to the rules and regulations set out for this competition. Contestants failing to abide by the rules and regulations will be subject to disqualification. |

Any contestant who causes unnecessary disturbance in a competition venue, and ignores warning may be disqualified. |

In any case of dispute, the decision of Intrinsic shall be final. |
10. |
Intrinsic has the final rights in the interpretation and amendment of the rules and regulations. |
11. |
Intrinsic reserves the right to alter or modify the rules or schedule of the event if necessary or expedient. |
12. |
The decision of the judging panel on all results shall be final and conclusive. No appeals will be entertained. |
13. |
Intrinsic will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, damage or loss of personal property which might occur during participation in or attendance at this competition or any other related activities. |
14. |
Sponsorship cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discount or coupon unless specified otherwise. |
