This summer is really unforgettable. It brings me happiness, friendships, a lot of love, experience and memory. I've worked in YNP (Yellowstone National Park) Lake General Store for 2.5 months and then traveled for 9 days. OK everybody! Let me begin with talking about my life in Yellowstone. I was living in a little warm and sweet dormitory with my buddies from Hong Kong, Taiwan, France, Columbia, Ecuador, Moldova, and America.

Our dormitory seems to be the smallest when compared with others. However, I bet it's the best one. We're all close to each other and we love each other very much. I can still remember the smiles on everyone face when we have fun. I can also remember the tears on the cheeks when it's time to say goodbye. The dorm and store are both facing the Yellowstone Lake, everyone said that our store got the best view. The scenery changes a lot in different seasons, and even different times on the same day. For me, the most relaxing moment was sitting on the chair in front of our dorm looking up on the sky, enjoying the breeze, holding a pillow. Think about nothing but only day dreaming and staying lazy.

I worked 5 days a week with 2 day offs. I was a server working in the fountain. That means I have to take the order, prepare food and drinks, scoop ice-cream¡Ketc. All of us like to work as it brings us a lot of fun and there is no stress. I like dipping a big big scoop of ice-cream except when it makes my arm stronger. I like "inspecting" the ice-cream with my supervisor. I like preparing Chicken Cesar wrap as it is the most delicious food in the menu.

I enjoy talking with the customers who come form different part of the world. Our manager always told us "I want everyone of you have a great summer here. If there is any problem, come and talk to me or Linda. I want everyone happy. You can share with your family and friends your memory here. Come back again next year or tell your friends to come to Yellowstone."

It's never the end of the day after our work end. We had fire with the moon and stars, marshmallow, smores, chips and hotdog. We had city love story or action movie in Dale and Paulette RV (recreation vehicle) with popcorn. We walked along the lake side to the beach. We enjoy the music in the Lake hotel. We went to the employers' recreation hall for gym, basketball and table tennis. We danced Salsa, we talk, we all sitting on the sofa for "The secret life of the American teenager" in the dorm. Pizza, chicken wings, beers and pool at the pub.
